Service & guarantee terms.
These terms describe the fixed-price Merchant Center recovery service offered under the GMC Review service name. Your written offer identifies the service provider, accepted account, target market, agreed scope and start date before payment.
1. Initial assessment
The initial case assessment is free. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement, guarantee acceptance or authorize work in your accounts. We may request more information or decline cases outside our service scope.
2. The $999 service
The fee is $999 USD, charged once after case acceptance. The package covers one store, one Google Merchant Center account and one agreed target market. It includes an audit of the storefront and Merchant Center, checks of business details, policies and product data, implementation of agreed fixes, and review preparation and support during the agreed service period.
A complete store rebuild, custom application development, additional accounts or markets, ongoing advertising management, third-party subscriptions and resolution of unrelated policy issues are not included unless expressly added to the written scope. Any additional fee requires your agreement before the extra work starts.
3. Access, information and start date
You must have authority to engage the service and grant the necessary account access. Provide accurate business and fulfillment information and the supporting documents needed for the agreed work. Access is granted through appropriate account invitations; never share passwords through the inquiry form.
The service start date is confirmed in writing once the required access, information and payment are complete. Any existing cooldown and its effect on the agreed start date are disclosed before payment. We do not silently pause or extend the refund deadline.
4. The 60-day service-fee guarantee
For an accepted case, if the agreed account-level Misrepresentation issue has not been removed from the named Merchant Center account within 60 calendar days of the agreed start date, we refund the full $999 service fee. A Google review still pending at that deadline also qualifies for the refund. An extension requires your express agreement; it is never automatic.
Success means the agreed account-level Misrepresentation issue is removed, evidenced by the Merchant Center status or a Google confirmation. It does not mean that every product is approved, a separately suspended Google Ads account is restored, a certain number of impressions or sales is achieved, or the account will remain free from future issues.
Google makes the approval decision. The guarantee is a commitment to refund the service fee if the defined result is not achieved by the deadline, rather than a promise that Google must approve the case. We initiate qualifying refunds within seven business days of confirming the missed deadline; the payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
5. Work and review process
We agree the required changes with you and support the review process available for your account. We do not promise a fixed Google review duration, a certain number of review opportunities, privileged access to Google, or an approval within 24 or 48 hours. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information, your actual operations and fulfillment, and changes made independently of the engagement.
6. Communication and payment
Your written offer sets out the provider’s identity and contact details, the scope, payment instructions and refund terms before you commit. General correspondence is by email. Calls and WhatsApp are optional. A payment is not treated as received until it has been verified through the payment provider.
7. Independent service
GMC Review is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google. Google and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of their respective owner.
