Privacy notice.
This notice explains how GMC Review uses information submitted through this website for a Merchant Center case assessment and, if accepted, delivery of the service.
What we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, store URL, platform, target market, suspension details, review history, optional advertising spend range, optional notes and files, and your contact preferences. If you choose WhatsApp, we also collect your number and your permission to contact you about the inquiry. We record the submission time, source campaign parameters when present, and the form acknowledgments.
For basic abuse prevention, the server derives a one-way rate-limit key from the request’s network address. The intake database does not store the raw network address. Hosting providers may separately process standard technical logs for infrastructure and security.
How we use it
We use the information to assess your case, respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, deliver an accepted service, maintain case records and prevent misuse. Sending the form is not a newsletter or marketing subscription. Information submitted in the inquiry form is not sold or included in the advertising event parameters described below.
Files and account access
Attachments are stored privately and are accessible through the owner’s protected case desk. Upload only the information needed to describe the issue and redact unrelated personal information. Do not upload identity documents, passwords or payment credentials to the inquiry form. Account access, if needed, is arranged separately after acceptance.
Service providers
The website uses hosted infrastructure and storage provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. When connected by the operator, automation and email providers such as Make and Microsoft Outlook process inquiry information to deliver service correspondence. Payment and optional booking providers process information you submit to them under their own notices. Uploaded attachment contents are not included in the default automation webhook payload.
Contact choices
Email is the default service contact method. If you select WhatsApp, your number is used to respond about this inquiry and the related engagement. You can withdraw that contact preference by replying to the operator. Withdrawal does not remove records that still need to be kept for an ongoing service or other applicable obligations.
Retention and requests
We keep case information for assessment, delivery and necessary business records. The case desk supports deletion of an inquiry and its stored attachments. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the operator using the service address below or the address in your written offer. Some information may need to be retained to complete a service or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Browser storage and external resources
The confirmation page uses temporary browser session storage to show your case reference and contact details after submission. This is not used for advertising and can be cleared in your browser. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. Advertising measurement is described below.
Meta Pixel
This website loads Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1670951261349377) to measure page visits and successful inquiry submissions and assess Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may process cookie identifiers, the page address, network address, browser information and event details, and may associate this activity with your Meta account for measurement and advertising. The browser pixel may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Meta may process information internationally, including in the United States. See Meta’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
We send PageView and, after a successfully stored inquiry, Lead; we do not send the form’s name, email, phone, store URL, notes or attachments as Meta event parameters. Automatic event configuration is disabled in this integration. Browser preferences such as Global Privacy Control are respected.
A short-lived submission identifier passes between the form and confirmation page, and a bounded browser record prevents the same submission from sending another Lead when you reload. Global Privacy Control prevents this integration from loading or sending events. You can also manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. These controls do not delete events previously received by Meta.
